Pirates went through to the quarter-finals after thrashing Hungry Lions 4-0 in the round of 16 after a brace by Tshegofatso Mabasa, a goal by Monnapule Saleng and an own goal by Morena Monaheng.

The Soweto giants will be missing centre-backs Tapelo Xoki and Nkosinathi Sibisi, who are both suspended.
AmaZulu, on the other hand, booked their spot in the quarter-finals after beating Sekhukhune United 2-0 in the last 16 courtesy of goals by Junior Dion and Victor Letsoalo.
Usuthu were last in action last weekend after a narrow 1-0 win over Cape Town City thanks to a goal by Dion, in the league.
