Chelsea's Raheem Sterling has been linked with a shock move to Crystal Palace.
Chelsea's Raheem Sterling has been linked with a shock move to Crystal Palace.

England winger Raheem Sterling has been linked with a shock club in the Premier League currently outside of the top 10 on the table.

A report from TBR Football claims the former Manchester City and Liverpool star could leave Chelsea in the coming transfer window.

It is said the Blues are looking to sign Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise, 22, ahead of the 2024/25 campaign, and would be willing to offer the Eagles Sterling in exchange.

It is further claimed, though, that while the Stamford Bridge side's board is looking to move the 82-time England international on, Sterling does not want to leave the club.

Chelsea have even reportedly offered the 29-year-old to sides in the Saudi Pro League to no avail, with the winger not interested in a move to the Middle East.

Sterling joined the Blues in 2022 from Pep Guardiola's City, and has scored just 17 goals in 78 appearances across all competitions since.

The ex-Liverpool man has played in only one of Chelsea's past six Premier League matches.

Olise, meanwhile, continues to impress at Selhurst Park, having contributed to 13 goals in 17 games in what has been an injury-stricken season for the London-born French youth international.
